Accommodation

We aim to offer accommodation to all AWiF participants on Finnish larpers' couches. This form of Nordic Larp couch surfing has created new friendships in the past - and shown the city of the Week in new light for the participants.

You are of course also welcome to organise your own accommodation, in hostels, hotels or at your friends' apartments.

Sign up for host

Do you have a couch or a guest room for one or few larpers in Helsinki? Let us know by filling up this form.

Tell us:

  • how many people you can accommodate
  • how many nights you can accommodate and when
  • do you have pets or other things guests should know about

Signing up as a host does not require you to act as a tourist guide or full service B&B. Although, it would be fun, if you can participate on some AWiF activities, for example after your workday.

Need a place to sleep?

If you wish to be accommodated on a larper's couch, let us know by filling up this form.

We would like to know:

  • how many nights you are staying
  • when you arrive
  • are you allergic to pets (so that we don't allocate you to a place where you spend your time sneezing)
  • If you are more than one person, you can sign up for accommodation as a group, but let us know:
    • how many you are
    • your names
